Blackguard Section & Removal Protocol

PURPOSE​

The Blacksky Blackguards exist for one reason:
To test Blacksky against the outside world.

They are not created.
They are revealed.

I. ELIGIBILITY FOR CONSIDERATION
A member may be considered only if they:

• Are an active Gladiator or Dominus
• Maintain flawless conduct
• Demonstrate sustained dominance
• Exhibit restraint, clarity, and control

Tenure is irrelevant.
Rank is ignored.
Popularity is meaningless.

II. SELECTION PROCESS
Blackguard selection is:

• Performance-driven
• Game-specific
• Singular per title

There is one Blackguard team per game.
No parallels. No alternates.

Selection is initiated by:

• Colosseum authority
• Blackguard leadership (where established)
• Custodian-level review when required

Members are summoned, not volunteers.

III. TENURE & EXPECTATION
Blackguard status is conditional at all times.

Blackguards are expected to:

• Represent Blacksky externally with restraint
• Uphold Colosseum and Blacksky doctrine
• Maintain peak competitive performance
• Avoid internal authority projection

They do not govern.
They do not command.
They act.

IV. REMOVAL FROM THE BLACKGUARDS
Removal may occur due to:

• Decline in performance
• Breach of discipline
• Inactivity
• Conduct misaligned with Blacksky standards

Removal is:

• Immediate when required
• Non-negotiable
• Corrective, not punitive

A removed Blackguard returns fully to:

• Their Chapter
• Their Legion
• Their prior standing

No ceremony. No stigma.

V. FINALITY
Blackguard status:

• Is never permanent
• Is never owed
• Is never protected

Re-entry requires renewed dominance.

The Blackguard does not exist to reward individuals.
It exists to defend Blacksky’s reputation.
