BLACKGUARD OPERATIVE | Team Member

Role Overview:
Operatives are full members of a Blackguard team. These are elite competitors selected through Colosseum performance to represent Blacksky externally. All Blackguard members are equals in status, differentiated only by role and responsibility during competition. This is the baseline Blackguard identity.

BLACKGUARD COMMANDER | Team Leader

“First among the chosen.”

Role Overview:
The Blackguard Commander leads the Blackguard team in preparation, coordination, and execution during external competition. This position exists for clarity and command—not superiority.
The Commander:

• Coordinates strategy and roster decisions
• Serves as the primary point of contact
• Represents the Blackguard team internally when required

The Commander leads by trust and performance, not rank.
