Operations Command exists to maintain the internal structure, stability, and operational health of Blacksky beyond the battlefield. While Imperium Command governs leadership, expansion, and strategic authority, Operations Command ensures the systems behind Blacksky remain organized, active, and functional.
Through its Divisions, Operations Command oversees creative development, event coordination, member onboarding, moderation, and community infrastructure. These roles are responsible for preserving Blacksky’s standards, supporting its leadership, and strengthening the Clan’s long-term continuity across both the website and Discord server.
Operations Command is not separate from Blacksky’s identity. It protects and reinforces it.

The FORGE Division serves as Blacksky’s creative and documentation Division. Its members are responsible for developing and maintaining the visual identity, written communication, and public-facing presentation of the Clan across both internal and external platforms.
Designers, writers, and content creators within the Forge produce approved graphics, banners, articles, announcements, reports, and media that support Blacksky’s operations, preserve its records, and reinforce its identity. All work produced by the Division is expected to align with established doctrine, operational standards, and Blacksky’s long-term vision.
The Forge exists to strengthen Blacksky’s presence—not individual recognition. Creativity is valued, but discipline, consistency, and accuracy come first.

The WARHOST Division is responsible for organizing and executing structured events that strengthen activity, cohesion, and participation across Blacksky. Through game nights, tournaments, operations, and community-wide activities, the Division helps maintain momentum and reinforces engagement throughout the Clan.
Warhost members coordinate schedules, host events, communicate with participants, and ensure activities remain organized, welcoming, and aligned with Blacksky’s standards. Events are not treated as random gatherings, but as operational tools that strengthen unity, visibility, and long-term community health.
Members of the Warhost Division are expected to lead with reliability, professionalism, and control before, during, and after every event.

The ORDER Division is responsible for maintaining structure, stability, and enforcement across Blacksky’s website and Discord server. Through moderation, conflict management, and rule enforcement, the Division helps preserve a respectful, disciplined, and organized environment for all members.
ADJUDICATORS serve as frontline operational staff and are expected to address issues before they escalate. Their responsibilities include monitoring community spaces, enforcing established rules and policies, assisting members, and responding to disruptive behavior when necessary. Ajudicators are expected to act with professionalism, restraint, and consistency while representing Blacksky’s standards at all times.
The Order Division exists to maintain operational stability—not to exercise authority for its own sake. Enforcement without discipline weakens the environment it is meant to protect.
