What is the Blacksky Imperium?​

The Blacksky Imperium is the civilization upon which Blacksky is built.

It is the collective identity of its people, institutions, traditions, and history. While Blacksky exists as a community in reality, the Imperium serves as the world through which its structure, values, and legacy are represented.

At the heart of the Imperium stands Aternum, the capital city and seat of authority. From its foundations emerged the institutions that define Blacksky: the Hall of Dread, the Blacksky Archives, the Senate Chambers, the Leadership Academy, Operations Command, the Blackguard, the Colosseum, and the many Chapters and Legions that serve the Imperium.

The Imperium is built upon the principles of order, discipline, service, and continuity. Advancement is earned through contribution, leadership is earned through responsibility, and history is preserved so that the lessons of the past are never forgotten.

Unlike ordinary kingdoms or empires, the Blacksky Imperium is not defined by territory alone. It is defined by the people who carry its traditions forward and the institutions that preserve its identity across generations.

Its history is recorded within the Imperial Chronicles.

Its laws are preserved within the Blacksky Archives.

Its future is written by those who continue its legacy.
